inflationism : (inflation fetishism or expansion fetishism) is the sexual attraction to the expansion of certain body parts, usually the breasts, buttocks and belly, sometimes to the extent that the subject becomes completely spherical except for her head, hands and feet. Such expansion, in practice or in fiction, may be caused by the body parts filling with air, water, blueberry juice, food, or essentially any aqueous or gaseous substance.
